- Create an Account: Click on “Create Account” and input the required details such as email, username, and password.
- Provide Personal Details: Enter your full name, economic sector, date of birth, gender, ID number, residency status, nationality, occupation, and KRA PIN.
- Add Contact & Settlement Details: Provide your phone number, postal address, and settlement bank details.
- Upload Documents: Submit a photo, identification document, and KRA PIN certificate.
- Verification: An email token will be sent for confirmation.
- Approval & Access: Upon approval by your settlement bank, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Joint Account Registration
A joint account follows the same initial steps as an individual account. However, after registration, you must:
- Log into the DhowCSD portal.
- Click on “Add Joint Account” and enter the email addresses of co-investors.

For legal entities:
- A signatory must first create an individual profile.
