The app’s focus on mobile technology makes it readily accessible to individuals who may not have access to brick-and-mortar bank branches.

By empowering them with easy access to essential banking services like account management and money transfers, NCBA Now can play a crucial role in promoting financial inclusion across the region.

Driving Digital Banking Penetration:

Digital banking adoption in East Africa is on the rise, but there’s still room for significant growth. NCBA’s vision goes beyond Tanzania.

The strategic rollout of NCBA Now across other regional markets, including Uganda, Rwanda, and Ivory Coast, has the potential to significantly increase digital banking usage.

This widespread adoption can lead to a more efficient and inclusive financial ecosystem throughout East Africa.

NCBA’s Commitment to Innovation and Growth

John Gachora, NCBA Group Managing Director, emphasised the launch as a testament to the group’s unwavering commitment to innovation and digital excellence.
